Welcome Cocktail

The Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés

Mid-Conference Excursion

Date: 10 June
Location: TBA
Departure Time: 16:00-20:00

We will depart from the venue hotel in air conditioned busses with licensed tour guides for an excursion to the historical sites of Limassol. We will end the day with a cocktail in the heart of Limassol.

Tour & Conference Dinner

Date: 11 June

Departure Time: TBA

We will depart from the venue hotel in air conditioned busses with licensed tour guides for a bus tour of some landmarks which are on our way to the conference dinner. The Conference Dinner will consist of an array of traditional dishes complimented with local drinks and desserts and traditional entertainment.

Optional Excursions

Minimum participation for all events: 25 persons (in case the minimum number is not reached and the excursion is cancelled, participants which have booked the excursion will be fully refunded)
Half Day Excursion is inclusive of transfers by luxurious fully air-conditioned coaches, CDMT licensed guides, all entrance fees, taxes and VAT(19%).
Full Day Excursion is inclusive of transfers by luxurious fully air-conditioned coaches, CDMT licensed guides, all entrance fees, lunch with local drinks, taxes and VAT (19%).
All excursions will be starting from the venue.
