Guidelines for Presenters:

Presentation slides template:

• PSCC 2026 does not mandate a specific PowerPoint template for presentations. You are free to use your own design.

Presentation duration:

• Each paper is allocated a 20-minute slot, consisting of 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Please prepare your talk to respect this timing so the session chair can keep the program on schedule.

File format:

• Please bring your slides in .pptx or .pdf format. Embed all fonts, videos, and media directly in the file, as external links may not work in the session room.

Upload/submission procedure:

• There is no pre-conference online upload portal for the slides. Presenters are kindly asked to bring their presentation on a USB stick and upload it onto the session-room laptop during the break immediately preceding your session (or earlier the same day), so the session chair and technical staff can verify it loads correctly. On-site instructions will also be provided at the registration desk. Presentations on personal laptops should be avoided given the technical complication of the equipment (any special requests should be communicated at the conference registration desk).
